What we collect
Three kinds of information, and nothing beyond them:
- Contact details — your name, phone number, and WhatsApp number. An email address and a delivery address only if you order a part online.
- Device and job details — brand, model, IMEI or serial number, the fault you described, the parts we fitted, and the price you approved.
- Site usage — pages viewed and what you searched for on the site, so we know which parts to stock.
We do not ask for your ID number, and we do not take card details ourselves — payments are handled by our payment provider.
Data on the device you hand us
Your photos, messages, accounts, and files stay yours. We do not copy them, and we do not open apps unless the repair cannot be tested without it — for example, checking that a replaced camera or microphone works.
A screen or port repair does not touch storage, so no backup is needed. If the job involves the board or storage, we ask you to back up first, and we cannot guarantee data on a device that was already failing. If you give us a passcode so we can test the device, we use it only for testing and we delete our note of it when you collect the device.
How we use it
- To quote the job, order the right part, and tell you when the device is ready.
- To issue the invoice that names the exact part used.
- To honour the ninety-day warranty on the part we replaced and the work we did — we need the job record to check it.
- To answer your messages on WhatsApp or by phone.
- To decide which parts to keep in stock.
We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.
Who else sees it
Only the parties a repair or an order needs, and only the part they need:
- Our payment provider, for the transaction.
- The delivery company, for parts orders — name, address, and phone number.
- A parts supplier, when a warranty claim on a component requires the serial number.
- A government authority, when the law requires us to.
Cookies
The site uses cookies to keep your cart between visits and to count page views. Blocking them in your browser will empty your cart but will not stop you browsing or contacting us.
How long we keep it
Job records and invoices are kept as long as Saudi tax and commercial rules require. Messages are kept while the job is open and for the warranty period after it. Site usage figures are counted in aggregate and are not tied to your name.
Your choices
Message or call us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete it. We cannot delete an invoice we are required to keep, and we will say so rather than leave you waiting.
Keeping it safe
Job records sit on accounts only workshop staff can open. Paper job cards stay behind the counter. No system is beyond reach, so if information is ever exposed we will tell the people affected and say what happened.
Changes to this policy
When we change this page we update the date at the top. If a change affects what we collect or who sees it, we say what changed in a line beneath the date.
