Samsung Galaxy S20 LCD Display Replacement in Al Khobar

Samsung Galaxy S20 LCD Display Replacement in Al Khobar fixes a cracked, lined or black screen. We check it free, then fit a complete new screen with the glass and display as one part. We test touch, colour and the fingerprint reader, and most jobs are done the same day.

A Samsung S20 broken screen shows up in different ways. The glass cracks from one corner, or a bright line runs across the display. Some phones look fine but won't respond to touch, or the fingerprint reader under the screen stops working.

It's better not to wait. Cracked glass lets in dust and moisture, and small black spots slowly spread across the display. Once the screen goes fully dark, even a simple backup becomes much harder.

Not every black screen needs a new part. After a small fall, the screen cable can come loose inside. We open the phone, refit the cable, and the display often comes back as good as before.

Cracks, lines and dead touch are different. On this model the glass and the display are glued together as one part. A Samsung S20 screen replacement puts in the whole new screen, and the fingerprint is set up again afterwards.

How Kabayan Center Replaces a Samsung Galaxy S20 LCD Display

We fix these screen faults on this phone.

  • Cracked or shattered front glass, including the slightly curved edges
  • Green, pink or white lines across the display
  • Black spots that grow, or a black screen while sound still works
  • Touch that doesn't respond, or ghost touches that open apps
  • A fingerprint reader that no longer reads your finger
  • Flickering, a dim screen or a strange colour tint

Here is how the screen change works with us, step by step:

  1. We check the phone free and note what still works: sound, cameras, charging and buttons.
  2. We tell you what it needs, and you decide before any work starts.
  3. We warm the phone to soften the glue, then open it slowly and disconnect the battery.
  4. We take out the broken screen and clean all the old glue and glass from the frame.
  5. We connect the new screen and test touch, colour and the small front camera hole.
  6. We seal it with fresh glue and press it evenly, so the edges sit flat.
  7. We help you register your fingerprint again, and you check the phone yourself.

How a Galaxy S20 Screen Breaks: 3 Real Cases

Pushed off a sofa onto a marble floor

A customer came to us after a quiet evening at home went wrong. The phone was resting on the arm of the sofa. A small child reached for it, and it fell face down onto the marble floor.

"It just shows a white flash, then nothing," the parent told us. Marble is very hard, and a flat fall spreads the force across the whole screen.

The parent had searched for Samsung Screen Replacement in Al Khobar that same night. When we opened it, the display had a wide black patch under a web of cracks. The screen cable was fine, so the display itself was broken.

We fitted a new screen and tested every corner for touch. The fingerprint reader worked again once the parent registered a finger. Colour and brightness looked even across the whole display.

During the final checks, the phone charged only when the cable was held at an angle. The bottom edge had hit the floor too and pushed the port loose.

So we also did a charging port repair. The phone went home working fully, now in a case with raised edges. The sofa arm is no longer a place for it.

A black screen that only needed one cable refitted

We often see this after a short drop. An office worker knocked the phone off a desk onto the carpet. It still rang and buzzed, but the screen stayed completely black.

The worker expected to need a new screen and had already searched for a Samsung Galaxy S20 LCD display replacement. "There isn't even one crack," the worker said, clearly surprised by that.

That was the clue. A soft landing rarely breaks the display without marking the glass. More often, the bump shakes the screen cable loose from its small socket on the board.

We opened the phone carefully and found the cable sitting slightly out of its socket. We cleaned the socket, pressed the cable back in, and the screen lit up at once.

We tested touch, colour and brightness for a while to make sure it stayed on. Then we sealed the phone again with fresh glue.

No new screen was needed, so the repair was small. The worker left happy, and now keeps the phone in the middle of the desk, away from the edge. A case with a soft back now takes the small knocks too.

A line from a hot car, then weeks of waiting

This one starts in a car parked in the midday sun. A field engineer left the phone on the seat for most of a long site visit. That evening, a thin green line appeared down the screen.

The line didn't stop the phone from working, so the engineer waited. Over the next few weeks, it grew into several lines and a dark patch. That's when the engineer finally looked up phone repair in Al Khobar.

Heat damages the display layer and also ages the battery beneath it. When we opened the phone, the battery had started to swell and lift the screen at one side. A swollen battery is not safe to use, even when it still works.

We did a phone battery replacement first, since that was the safety problem. The engineer then chose to keep the old screen for now.

So the lines and the dark patch stayed, but the phone was safe and sat flat again. We noted that a new screen can still be fitted later. The engineer now keeps the phone in a shaded bag, never on the car seat.

How to Keep Your Galaxy S20 Screen Safe

  • Use a case with a raised edge, so the glass doesn't hit the floor first.
  • Keep the phone off sofa arms, bed edges and the edge of the desk.
  • Leave the phone out of a parked car in summer, or keep it in the shade.
  • Fit a screen protector made for this model, so the fingerprint reader still works.
  • Fix a new line early, before it spreads into dark patches.
  • Back up your photos and chats while the screen still works.
  • Book mobile repair in Al Khobar if the screen starts lifting at the side.
